How do I make a warranty claim and what does the warranty cover?

How do I size my watch?
All of our watches can be sized between 5"-8". You can purchase a sizing tool to do it yourself or you can have it sized by a local jeweler, the cost is usually less than $10.
What kind of battery does my watch need?
Our watches use a 377A battery. It's a very common size that can be found at Walgreens, Walmart etc. Or it is also available online!
