You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped. We do our best to fulfill orders within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends). Don’t worry — we’re pretty good at it.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy Policy: Watches purchased from 11/15/17 - 12/25/17 are eligible for return/exchange until 1/31/18.
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (score!). Merchandise returned 15-30 days after receipt can be returned for store credit.
Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition.
Merchandise must include any/all hang tags, cases, and cloth sacks that were included in the original shipment. Any sized watches must include the extra links. Sizing is non-refundable.
If merchandise is marked “Final Sale,” it can’t be returned. Sorry!
When you package up your return, please include the original paperwork that was included with your order. Or, if you don't have that, then be sure to print out your confirmation email with your order details in it.
If for some reason, you can't print out the information, then please include the following with your return:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Your reason for returning (i.e. too big, not as expected, too small, not my style, poor quality, other)
If you're wanting an exchange, send us an email with all of the information above, plus which item you are hoping to exchange for. This is so we can confirm that we have it in stock!

If you purchased one of our items from a third party site, please return the item according to their return policy. This includes Amazon orders!
